Tell us the full group at the enquiry stage and we will keep you together in accommodation and transport as far as the arrangements allow.

What if I have a medical condition or limited mobility?

Raise it at the start. It affects which arrangements are suitable, and it is far easier to plan for at the enquiry stage than to fix later.
