Booking on its own

Hotels can be booked as part of an Umrah package or on their own if you have already arranged your flights and visa. Either way, you get the confirmation in writing before you travel.

How close to the Haram can I stay?

That depends on your dates and budget. The closest hotels are the first to fill and the most expensive. Give us your dates and budget and we will tell you what is genuinely available rather than promising a distance we cannot hold.

Can I book a hotel without buying a full package?

Yes. Hotel-only booking is available if you have your own flights and visa.

Can we get adjoining rooms for a family?

We request it at the time of booking. Hotels confirm room allocation on arrival, so it is a request rather than a guarantee, and we will tell you when a hotel cannot commit.

When do I pay?

Payment terms depend on the hotel and how far ahead you book. They are set out in your written quote before you commit.

What if my dates change?

Contact us as early as you can. Whether a change is possible, and what it costs, depends on the hotel's own terms, which we will have told you before booking.
